Steaua Bucharest home (27/11) - tickets are priced at £15 in all
areas of the stadium (£22 for adult/child tickets). They will
be available to purchase at the Ticket Office, by postal application
or on the UEFA Cup line, telephone number 0870 220 0034. Tickets will
be available to all Season Ticket holders who attended the Olimpija
Ljubljana game on 15th October 2003. These tickets will be available
from Friday 31st October 2003 until Friday 7th November 2003.
Tickets will then be available to non-season ticket holders who purchased
tickets for the Olimpija Ljubljana game. These tickets will be available
from Monday 10 November 2003 until Wednesday 19 November 2003. Supporters
who purchased their tickets online through LFC.TV for the Olimpija Ljubljana
will be contacted by email by LFC regarding the selling arrangement
and this method of purchase must be used for the purchase of tickets
for Steaua Bucharest.
Balance of Tickets: In the event that there are tickets remaining after
the above there will be a general sale from Thursday 20 November 2003
for as long as supplies last.

LFC have been drawn at home against Bolton Wanderers in the fourth round
of the Carling Cup and the game will take place on Wednesday 3rd December
at 8pm.

"Sir" Roger Hunt has donated his World Cup winner's medal
to the LFC museum and can now be seen as part of a display along with
other interesting artefacts from that momentous day in English football
history. Sir Riger remains the only LFC player to have won the World
Cup.

Steuau Bucharest away (6/11) - LFC have been allocated 1000 tickets
priced at £20 each for this UEFA Cup tie. Tickets will be allocated
for as long as supplies last to Season Ticket Holders, Corporate Members
and European Travel Club Members (ETC) wishing to travel independently.
Priority will be given to supporters who have previously purchase tickets
for this season's UEFA Cup away fixture.
ETC Members should complete a European Travel Club Application Form,
together with a cheque made payable to Liverpool Football Club and return
stamped addressed envelope. Season Ticket Holders and Corporate Members
should include within their application details of their intended form
and dates of travel together with details of accommodation. A cheque
made payable to Liverpool Football Club with return stamped addressed
envelope and daytime telephone number must also be included. All applicants
must quote their Fan Card or ETC Number.

The kick off times for the second round of the UEFA Cup have been confirmed.
The away leg (6/11) kicks off at 21:00 hrs (Local Time; 7pm UK time)
and the home leg (27/11) kicks off at 20:00 hrs.

The LFC magazine out this week has a large feature on the plans for
the new ground with pictures so far unreleased on the website.

There's a series of trips organised to Bucharest for the second round
UEFA Cup tie. The official trip with Lonsdale
is a day trip flying into Romania on the day of the game and back after
the match. Flight
Options have a two day/one night trip flying out on the day before
the match and back straight after the match. Just Romania are also offering

The Kop will be involved with a massive show of solidarity against racism
on Saturday. Fans will hold aloft cards to form a giant mosaic. The
mosaic will feature the famous Liverbirds and the words: NO RACISM.
The mosaic is being organised by members of the "Red All Over
The Land" fanzine in conjunction with LFC and is part of Liverpool's
contribution to Kick It Out's
national anti-racism week of action. Similar events are taking place
across Europe coordinated by Football
against Racism in Europe.

Tickets will be available to Season Ticket holders who attended 3
(three) or more eligible Premier League away matches, during Season
2002-2003, subject to availability and while stocks last.

Liverpool have been drawn against Steaua
Bucharest in the next round of the UEFA Cup. We are provisionally
away on Thursday November 6th and home on Thursday November 27th. Check
with the club before booking.
Travel details: Visas are no longer required for short visits to Romania
but you must have at least 6 months remaining validity on your passport.
This won't be a cheap trip as there are no bargain airlines that fly
near - look to pay £200-£300 for a flight.

Liverpool have teamed up with the charity Childline,
the UK's free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people, to raise
funds this Christmas. ChildLine's Merseyside fundraising office has
been sited at the Liverpool FC Community Offices since 2001 after the
club donated the office space to enable ChildLine to raise funds to
help the increasing number of young people who call its service from
the Merseyside area.
For just £3 - the cost of a phone call to childline - the club
will send a special Christmas message to anyone you wish on behalf of

Liverpool v Manchester United (home 9/11) ticket news: Season
ticket holders - as usual entry will be with the apprropriate voucher
from the season ticket book. Non-season ticket holders: applications
for match tickets will only be available to those supporters who are
in possession of the complete retained portion of a match ticket purchased
for the Leicester City game played on Saturday 20 September 2003 and
for the Arsenal game on Saturday 4 October 2003.
One stand ticket for each appropriate Leicester City/Arsenal ticket
stub held, for as long as supplies last. Tickets go on sale Friday 17th
October by postal applications only sent to the ticket office.
Applications should be received by Wednesday 22nd October. Any tickets
left available after the postal sale can be applied for in person with
the appropriate stubs from Mon 27th - Wed 29th Oct.

Liverpool have announced that the planning application for the new ground
on Stanley Park has been submitted to Liverpool City Council. A large
article detailing the plans is available on the official site along
with an excellent interview with Rick
Parry which seems to squash any idea of a ground share.

priced at £23 Adult, £5 Child (15 years and under), £14
Senior Citizen (65 years and over).
Tickets will be available to ALL Season Ticket holders from Wednesday
Oct 8th to Friday Oct 17th. If there are any tickets remaining after
the above sale they will be available to the General Public from Monday
20 October 2003 for as long as supplies last.

against the idea of a ground share.

A new website has been launched today with the full backing of ILSA.
No Ground Share aims to
disseminate information about efforts to force a ground share between
Liverpool and Everton and coordinate efforts to fight the possibility
and thus retain individual stadia for both clubs.

The club have revealed plans to erect a scoreboard at Anfield for the
first time in the club's history. The new scoreboard will replace the
two clock faces which are currently situated on the angle of the Kop
and Centenary Stand, underneath the Matchday control room. It should
be in place for the Manchester Utd game. Wonderful.
